All Stars - Session 2 - Wednesday

All Stars - Ages 12 - 15 With this age group, we will focus on proper form and execution of isolated movements that are designed to build strength and coordination. These classes are built to teach its participants the fundamentals of exercise and the creation of a safe and effective workout routine. Classes are Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 10am and 12pm
